ADAM GUTHRIE
Adam is a qualified chef, nutritionist, and food writer for EatWell & Nourish Magazines.
In 2009, at age 39, Adam found himself obese and had a heart attack. He learned how to eat and live to naturally lose 30kg, kept it off, lowered his cholesterol from 5.8 to 3.6, came off medication, and gained enough energy to complete an Ironman Triathlon. Adam now uses his expertise to help others adopt a healthier lifestyle so they can live healthier lives for longer.
