Here are some of my favourite recipes. As in, "food that I eat every day." Every recipe has the healthy conscious busy person in mind. Most of my recipes can be made in 15 minutes or less, are made from whole foods, low in calorie density and packed full of plant-based nutrition so that you can enjoy large portions, lose weight without the hunger and live healthier for longer.
